Sahaja Yoga Introduction

Sahaja Yoga is a unique method of meditation based on the experience of Self-realisation through Kundalini Awakening. It establishes a deep state of inner silence and joy, where one experiences the deepest self, free from unhelpful thoughts, anxieties and worries. Sahaja Yoga was founded in 1970 by Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi and is now practised worldwide. [More info]

 

The Sahaja Yoga Hong Kong Centre was established in 1991 as part of the international collective. It offers free weekly meditation classes across districts throughout the city and organises workshops in collaboration with various organisations and schools, helping people cultivate a healthy, balanced and joyful state of body, mind and spirit.
